We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our rapidly growing team located in our Roselle, IL facility. Day shift 8:30 – 5:00

The Warehouse Associate handles materials in the warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking and packing in a manner that maintains a high standard of quality while following Equus policies, procedures, and standards.

Essential responsibilities:
• Pulls orders according to the pick slip, verifying part numbers, quantities, and salability of all components and accessories.
• Ensures order completion, verifies backorders, and moves items to production line for assembly.
• Stocks items from receiving area to proper warehouse locations.
• Transfers items from RMA/RTV area to proper warehouse locations.
• Packs items for shipping according to established procedure to ensure protection during shipping.
• Understands and follow Equus quality policy.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of warehousing experience
• Knowledge of and experience with material and product handling. Familiarity with equipment and systems used in a warehouse.

The incumbent must enjoy working in a fast paced environment. An ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively one-on-one and in departmental meetings.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
